We offer a range of flexible and affordable delivery options for in-store and online orders.
Our website displays real time stock levels so you will always know if an item is available. Please note that during our back to school period stock moves through so fast that displayed stock levels can not be relied upon.
Deliveries are made by our friendly shop team or one of our local courier partners. You will receive a text message or email when your order has left us. We don’t like to disturb you and your family, so orders will usually be left at your front door in our distinct yellow Workin’ Gear bags. Please make a note on your order at checkout if you have a particular place you would like your order left.
Due to the vast numbers of orders during our back to school period, deliveries can take up to a week to reach you. Our dedicate team delivers orders around the clock in the lead up to the return of school each year. All efforts will be made to get your order to you before school starts.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to secure complexes where access is restricted. To avoid missed deliveries, please provide an alternate address for delivery in these circumstances.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is available from our Fyshwick store, 51 Kembla Street Fyshwick. Please select “Local Pickup” at Checkout and we will send you a text message when your order is ready for collection. Please be aware order processing is typically 24 hours (and up to 72hrs during the back to school period) Mon – Fri, with no order processing on the weekend. If you need your items urgently we recommend visiting us in store to purchase.
Flat Rate Shipping
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $12 and a low $8.50 flat rate shipping in ACT. Please note that Flat Rate Shipping is a one shipment charge. Requests to split the order in to multiple shipments will incur an additional shipment charge or in store collection of remaining items. Shipping to Parcel Lockers is only available via the AustPost network. A $10 charge is applicable for Parcel Locker Shipping due to increased courier costs for this provider.
Free School Deliveries
Arrangements are in place for a number of our supplied schools offering free delivery to the school. We currently have this service arrangement for Canberra Christian School, Calwell High, Evelyn Scott School, Franklin School, Belconnen High School, Mawson Primary School, Shirley Smith School, St Francis of Assisi Calwell, St Clare of Assisi Conder, Throsby School & Richardson Primary. If your school is not included on this list, please contact your school for them to arrange this with us. Please be aware that it is generally not possible to deliver orders to the schools during the school holidays as the school offices are generally closed . We recommend selecting an alternative shipping method if you need to receive your uniforms in the school holidays.
Staff Uniforms
Staff Uniforms are ONLY delivered to your school. This is a security measure to ensure only authorised persons receive uniforms. Please select “Free School Delivery” from the delivery options. No other delivery options are available unless authorised by the school.
Southside Schools
We deliver orders to our Southside Schools every Thursday direct to the School. Cutoff for these orders is 2pm Wednesday each week. Please leave a note at checkout noting your child’s name and class so the School can easily send it home for you. You will receive a text message either on the day or when your order is ready to let you know your order will be delivered to the school that week. Please confirm collection arrangements with your school.
Northside & Gungahlin School Delivery
Orders for Gungahlin and Northside Schools are delivered to the school on the next available school day after processing. We will send you a message to let you know your order is heading to the school. Please confirm collection arrangements with your school.
