We offer a range of flexible and affordable delivery options for in-store and online purchasing of uniforms. All orders are picked and packed in store. Please allow a minimum of 48hrs for your order to be processed. Orders placed on weekends will be processed next business day.
If you need your items urgently we recommend visiting us in store to purchase. All standard uniform items are displayed and stocked year round at our shopfront @ 51 Kembla St Fyshwick.
In Store Pickup
In Store Pickup is available from our Fyshwick store, 51 Kembla Street Fyshwick during normal trading hours. Please select “In Store Pickup – Fyshwick ACT” at Checkout and we will send you a text message when your order is ready for collection.
Shipment of Part Orders
Please be aware shipping charges only cover one (1) shipment of your order. If your order contains special order items or items that are out of stock at the time of ordering, your order will be held till all items are available to be shipped. You may request that part of your order be shipped or arrange to collect in store. If we have shipped part of your order you can choose to, pay an additional shipping fee to have the remaining items shipped, collect the remaining items in store, or if one of our delivery schools, have the order delivered to the school for collection.
Flat Rate Shipping
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $14 and a low $9.50 flat rate shipping in ACT. Please note that Flat Rate Shipping is a one shipment charge. Requests to split the order in to multiple shipments will incur an additional shipment charge or in store collection of remaining items. Shipping to Parcel Lockers is only available via the AustPost network. A $12 charge is applicable for Parcel Locker Shipping due to increased courier costs for this provider.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to secure complexes where access is restricted. To avoid missed deliveries, please provide an alternate address for delivery in these circumstances.
School Deliveries
Arrangements are in place for a number of our schools, offering low cost delivery to the school. We currently have this service arrangement for following ACT schools only –

If your school is not included on this list, please contact your school for them to arrange this with us. Please be aware that it is generally not possible to deliver orders to the schools during the school holidays as the school offices are generally closed . We recommend selecting an alternative shipping method if you need to receive your uniforms in the school holidays.
Staff Uniforms
Staff Uniforms are ONLY delivered to your school. This is a security measure to ensure only authorised persons receive uniforms. Please select “Staff Uniform Delivery” from the delivery options. No other delivery options are available. Please allow 3-4 weeks for Staff uniforms to be prepared. These items are made to order. No stock is typically held.
Uniform Orders during the back to school period – December – February
We want to make sure every student is ready for the start of a new school year! Since our uniforms are custom-made, they do occasionally sell out during peak periods. To avoid any stress or disappointment, we strongly encourage uniform ordering in December. We thank you for your cooperation and early planning.
Please note that during our back to school period stock moves through so fast that displayed stock levels can not be relied upon.
Due to the vast numbers of orders during our back to school period, deliveries can take up to a week to reach you once dispatched. Our dedicate team delivers orders around the clock in the lead up to the return of school each year. All efforts will be made to get your order to you before school starts. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the start of school, can not be guaranteed to arrive before the commencement of the school year.
