Our refund and returns policy meets the rights and responsibilities under the consumer Competition and Consumer Act 2010

You have the right to expect your purchase will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match the item description, match a sample provide in store or online and be provided within a reasonable time.

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to gauge sizes and to forget you already had an item tucked at the back of the wardrobe. With this in mind we will happily exchange for an alternate item or size but we do not refund for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with any tags attached .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In store purchases can only be refunded in store.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for purchase that do not meet the prescribed consumer rights and guarantees. Faulty items will need to be accessed prior to refund. If we opt to refund a purchase due to change of mind, we reserve the right to refund the purchase amount minus merchant and service fees.

Faulty Items

Faulty items need to be accessed before an item can be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to repair an item at no charge in place of refund or exchange. Items that are deemed to have been misused or older than 6 months will not be accepted for return.

Sale/Clearance Items

Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return unless they have a major fault and fail to comply with your consumer rights.

Online Order Returns

Items to be exchanged/refunded need to be returned to Workin’ Gear Schools at 5/51 Kembla St Fyshwick or mail your product to: Workin’ Gear Schools, PO Box 327, Fyshwick ACT 2609

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the store and any return shipping costs back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item for refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to facilitate exchanges at other locations unless there has been an error on our behalf.
